Overview<br />

This support position is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls,<br />

various work processing/data entry and medical records tasks, scheduling daily<br />

bath cares and medication/supply delivery, training and instructing office<br />

volunteers.<br />

Supervisor<br />

This position reports to the Director of Finance<br />

Responsibilities<br />

Reception/Telephone System<br />

• Answering and directing incoming calls and visitors<br />

• Ensuring communication with the staff using the pagers, voicemail system<br />

and text messaging<br />

Word Processing<br />

• Updating and monitoring miscellaneous word processing tasks.<br />

Demonstrates competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.<br />

Medical Records<br />

• Assisting with medical record duties as needed<br />

Raiser’s Edge<br />

• Record donations<br />

• Maintain donor files<br />

Scheduling<br />

• Schedule daily bath cares<br />

• Schedule medication/supply delivery<br />

• Review daily staffing in Time Tracker<br />

Miscellaneous Office<br />

• Entering data for employee, volunteer, bereavement and mailing list files<br />

• Ordering office supplies<br />

• Daily pick up and distribution of mail<br />

Office Volunteers<br />

• Training and supporting office volunteers<br />

• Monitoring need for office volunteers and making<br />

Customer Relations<br />
