ST. GREGORY AT PARKROYAL KUALA LUMPUR WINS ‘BEST LUXURY HOTEL SPA’
IN THE WORLD LUXURY SPA AWARDS 2013 FOR THE THIRD YEAR RUNNING
There was more good news for St. Gregory at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur once again this year as they
proudly emerged as Country Winner (Malaysia) in the category of ‘Best Luxury Hotel Spa’ by the
prestigious World Luxury Spa Awards 2013 for the third year running.
The World Luxury Spa Awards TM commends and recognises outstanding achievements in service
excellence and rewards spas that have raised the bar within a highly competitive industry over the past
year. The winners and finalists were selected by means of an annual voting process where discerning spagoers
and industry experts have been given the opportunity to vote online in order to have the fairest
judging process possible. It is the highest accolade a spa can ever hope to receive.
St. Gregory is an urban oasis that offers both specialised and traditional healing therapies. The tranquil
spa houses a foot massage room and five treatment rooms, each with attached shower rooms and a fully
integrated range of healing therapies, body and beauty treatments performed by experienced therapists.
These therapies and treatments are performed with pure and high quality essential oils and indigenous
ingredients. St. Gregory sets itself apart from the rest of its competitors by being more than just a spa. It
also has a wellness facility to enhance guests’ total well-being as you enjoy a warm soak in the traditional
‘Mu Tong’ (Chinese word for wooden tub) made of Burmese teakwood. Opt for the ‘Ginger and Herbal
Bath’ to improve blood circulation, joint pains, tired and aching muscles or the ‘Milk Bath’ that relieves
stress and gives you luxuriously soft skin.
“It is tremendously exciting for us to be receiving this prestigious award continuously for the past 3 years.
We thank our spa guests and industry experts who have voted for us and having the confidence in us to
constantly provide you with a rejuvenating experience”, said Nazrul Nasihin, Director of Rooms Operations
of PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur.
Previously, St. Gregory at PARKROYAL Kuala Lumpur won the ‘Best Luxury Hotel Spa’ award in 2011 and
2012.
