Rising Star Award Enterprising Women Excellence Awards 2013 - The Rules 1. The categories in the Enterprising Women Excellence Awards 2013 are free to enter for all businesses. 2. Entry to more than one category is allowed. 3. The closing date for entries is 9.00am on Friday 14th December 2012 4. Entries are treated in confidence. 5. Entries must be electronic. 6. Supporting information is not permitted unless it forms part of the entry document e.g. testimonials. A maximum of 2 insertions (e.g. tables, graphs or photos) may be included within the entry form. Supplementary information may be requested. 7. Judges reserve the right to audit any information supplied. 8. Please note the maximum word count for any entry is 1000 words. This word count limit does NOT include the questions. If your entry exceeds this word count it could be disqualified by the judges. 9. Entries will be judged by representatives of the sponsoring company. 10. Applicants must be authorised to enter their organisation into the awards programme. 11. Entries should be in English and should be produced using a word processor. All entries must be checked for spelling and grammar. 12. Incomplete entries will not be judged. 13. Entry forms will become the property of sponsoring company and entries will not be returned. 14. Proof of sending entry (by email) is not proof of receipt by DNCC. 15. All entries will be acknowledged by the cut-off date. 16. Award finalists and winners will be announced at the EW Awards gala dinner on Friday 8th March 2013. 17. Winning companies will be publicised in Chamber In-Business Magazine. 18. The sponsoring company and Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Chamber reserve the right to withdraw an award from any applicant supplying false information within their entry. 19. The judges’ decision is final. However, companies can request feedback. 20. By registering and completing an entry for the Awards you agree to these terms and conditions.
