The 2004/2005 financial year was the eighth for Westralia Airports Corporation (WAC) as the owner and operator of Perth Airport.
Principal activities include:
Airport operations, aeronautical infrastructure development and maintenance and air service development
Property management and development
Provision and operation of ground transport facilities
Provision of retail facilities.

The corporate objective central to Perth Airport’s business planning is:
To operate and develop Perth Airport to grow value for its shareholders and to satisfy its stakeholders.
Underpinning this objective are seven corporate strategies. These are to:

(a) Hastings Funds Management Ltd (HFM) is the single responsible entity for the Australian Infrastructure Fund.
(b) HFM is also the trustee for The Infrastructure Fund.
(c) Utilities of Australia Pty Ltd (UOA) is the trustee for the Utilities Trust of Australia.
(d) Utilities of Australia Pty Ltd (UOA) is the trustee for the Perth Airport Property Fund.
(e) BAA Australia Pty Ltd (BAAA).

In addition to providing airport management expertise at Board level, BAA has a technical services agreement with WAC. BAA provides
international airport business expertise to WAC in a range of areas to assist in the operation and development of the airport.
