Machining of a pilot hole<br />

1. A pilot hole is necessary in machining on a machining<br />

center instead of a guide bush.<br />

2. The diameter of the pilot hole should be 0.004~0.008(H7)<br />

larger bigger than one of the Gun Drill diameter and the<br />

depth of drilling should be about 0.098×D.<br />

3. Use Mach Drill(MSD) for machining of a pilot hole.<br />
