Imperial Special Forces Specializations: Imperial Special Forces often support the main force with highly specialised soldiers needed in the given theatre of war. Each ISF squad receives a Passive Skill depending on a Warlord type and may purchase up to 3 additional specialisations. At least one of them must be chosen from the list of the appropriate Warlord type, the remaining may be chosen from Warlord: All or Warlord: X, where x is your Warlord Type. Unless specified otherwise, each specialisation may only be chosen once per squad. Warlord Type: All warzonegame.com • Legion Fighters: (1 point per Model): Every Model in the squad gains the Contempt (Dark Legion) special skill. Dark Legion Models may not use the Necrotechnology(X) or Heal(X) rolls against Wounds caused by the squad with this specialisation. • Corporation Fighters: (1 point per Model): Every Model in the squad gains the Contempt (X) special skill, where X is Bauhaus, Capitol, Mishima or Cybertronic. This specialization may be taken twice. • Ship/Asteroid Fighters (2 points per Model): Every Model in the squad has the Leap (4) and Fearless special skills. • Veteran (3 points per Model): Every Model in the squad receives a +2 modifier to Con and WP and a +3 modifier to LD. • Charmed (2 points per Model): Every Model in the squad gains the Heal (3) and Target Identifier special skills. Heavy Armour (2 points per Model): Every Model in the squad is equipped with Mk.3 Ballistic Armour which gives them Impenetrable Armour (10). • Special Weapons Training (1 point per Model): Any Model in the squad can re-roll failed ‘Get the Gun’ rolls. Warlord Type: Close Combat Passive bonus: A +3 modifier to CC and a +2 modifier to ST. • Furious Combatants (2 points per Model): The Model’s Hand Ripper receives a +1 modifier to RoA. • Jungle Fighter: For 15 points 1 Model in the squad replaces its Invader Assault Rifle with a Gehenna Puker. Mutually exclusive with City Fighters specialisation. If the squad contains 10 Models, may be taken twice. • City Fighters: For 10 points 1 Model in the squad replaces its Invader Assault Rifle with a Mandible Shotgun. Mutually exclusive with Jungle Fighters Specialisation. . If the squad contains 10 Models, may be taken twice. • Zealous (2 points per Model): Every Model in the squad gains the Brutal special skill and a +2 modifier to CC and Con. • Night-Ops (3 points per Model): Every Model in the squad gains the Camouflage(3) and the Stalk special skills. • Paratroopers (3 points per Model): Every Model in the squad gains the Rapid Deployment special skill. Warlord Type: Ranged Passive bonus: A +2 modifier to RS and the Camouflage(2) special skill • Squad Heavy Support Weapon: For 15 points 1 Model in the squad replaces its Invader Assault Rifle with a Charger HMG. If the squad contains 10 Models, may be taken twice. • Special-Ops (20 points per squad): Every Model in the squad gains the Crackshot special skill. • Ghosts (30 points per squad): Every Model in the squad gains the Stalk special skill. • Anti-Personnel Ammo (20 points per squad): Damage type of every Ranged Piercing Type weapon in the squad becomes Blast. • Rifled Long-Bores (20 points per squad): Range of every Ranged Piercing Type weapon in the squad receive an additional +2 modifier. • IR Goggles (10 point per squad): Every Model in the squad gains this IR Goggles specialism. At the beginning of the squad activation, Turn to Burn 1 Resource Card. The squad ignores negative modifiers to Range. The squad does not receive any negative modifiers to RS caused by Light or Heavy Cover. Warlord Type: Tech & Psychic Passive bonus: A +1 modifier to CC, a +1 modifier to RS and a +2 modifier to Armour. • Medic: (20 points per squad): The Squad Commander gains the Medic(4) special skill. • Guard (2 point per Model): Every Model in the squad gains this Guard specialism. Warlord and Lord Models can use the Shielded special skill if a Special Forces Model with this specialisation is within 4” of them. Special Forces Models with this specialism can complete a Sentry action for 1 Action Point and automatically pass the Sentry LD test. • Anti-Armoured Specialists: (30 points per squad): The squad’s Piercing type weapons gain a +2 modifier to AVV. • Mastiff Masters (14 points per Mastiff): 1 Iron Mastiff is added to the squad. This specialisation may be taken twice. The Iron Mastiffs do not count towards the Squad size calculation. • Forward Spotters (20 points per squad): When a Greyhound LAFV equipped with a ‘Slinger’ 160mm Mortar makes a Ranged attack targeted at a point or Model which is in LOS of the Squad Commander with the Forward Spotters special skill the LE Template scatters D20/4” rather than D20/2”. When a Young Guard Model makes a Ranged attack using a L16/81mm Mortar, targeted at a point or Model which is in LOS of the Squad Commander with Forward Spotters special skill, the SE Template scatters D20/5” rather than D20/4”. • Heat Resistant Barrels (1 point per Model): The squad may use the Suppression Fire special Ranged attack. 46
