General
The CMF domestic fan has been
developed for centralized
residential extraction and is
available in 2 types: CMF 14 and
CMF 14T. Single phase, 230 V, 50
Hz net connection.
Casing
The fan casing is made of light
grey, high-quality, fully recyclable
plastic PP. A polished volute casing
is integrated in the fan casing. The
fan cover and the caps are dark
grey. The CMF is equipped with 4
connection possibilities for ducts
with a diameter of ø125 mm. Three
are blanked off as standard. The
fan is easy to retro-fit without tools
due to click-on fasteners on the
casing. The fan unit can also easily
be removed with a screwdriver.
Motor and impeller
The 'Außenläufer' motor-impeller
combination forms a balanced unit
yielding optimum efficiency. The
short-circuited armature motor with
maintenance-free bearings and
external cooling has a selfcorrecting
thermal protection. The
motor casing is made of injectionmoulded
aluminium of insulation
class B and protection class IP 44.
The permissible ambient
temperature for the motor and
impeller of the CMF lies between
-10ºC and 50ºC.
Air direction
The CMF has suction ports on 4
sides. Three of the four suction
ports are blanked off as standard.
The other ports may be connected
as well, if required. The delivery
port is found on top of the CMF.
Regulation
The fan has 3 speeds as standard,
which can be selected using either
a three-position switch type SA
1-3V, SA 0-3V, a non-powered
extractor hood WK 600-3, or the
ExSense hybrid chimney.
Electrical connection
The CMF is fitted with either a 5-
core cable with a Perilex plug or a
5-core cable only (to be indicated
when ordering).
Extractor hood
It is not possible to connect a
powered extractor hood to the CMF
system. The solution is the WK
non-powered extractor hood or the
ExSense hybrid chimney. This
modern stainless-steel chimney
combines central extraction and
recirculation. Selecting the chimney
with connection box offers even
greater ease of operation, as the
CMF system automatically
switches to its highest setting as
soon as ExSense is in use.

The technical specifications state
the suction/delivery noise pressure
level dB(A).
Options
• Available with rear connection
for underfloor ducting. There is a
330 mm opening at the rear of
the casing for 2 ducts with a
diameter of ø125 mm.
• Available in Turbo version with
extra capacity
