<strong>Volume</strong> <strong>flow</strong> measurement:<br />
The liquid <strong>flow</strong>n through causes two gear<br />
wheels "Z" gearing into each other to rotate.<br />
Outside of the pressure range, there is a<br />
sensor "S" that scans the movement of the<br />
gear wheels "Z". By addition of the<br />
measuring pulses, the <strong>flow</strong> volume is<br />
determined.<br />
Type of construction:<br />
Any assembly consists of a connecting<br />
plate <strong>with</strong> one or more measuring devices.<br />
The connecting plate provides a throttle<br />
valve "D" and a bypass valve "B" for every<br />
measuring point.<br />
<strong>Volume</strong> <strong>flow</strong> setting:<br />
The volume <strong>flow</strong>s can be set individually by<br />
means of the throttle valves "D" built into the<br />
connecting plate.<br />
Bypass:<br />
For gear wheel "Z" exchange or cleaning,<br />
the volume <strong>flow</strong> set can be diverted by way<br />
of a directional control valve through a<br />
bypass.<br />
