The quality policy of InfoMed has been prepared and endorsed by the executive management to ensure that our clients receive<br />
the support that will enhance their quality of life.<br />
InfoMed quality policy is defined and controlled by the following principles:<br />

- Scientific knowledge of health care management<br />
- Looking at our service provision processes, identifying the probability for errors and taking the necessary measures to avoid them.<br />
- We are looking to attain high client satisfaction by continuously communicating with them and enriching our services to meet<br />

- InfoMed management will constantly review and improve our services to ensure tasks are completed in the most efficient and<br />
timely manner for the benefit of all our clients.<br />
- To ensure that the policy is successfully implemented, staff will be responsible for identifying client requirements, and ensuring<br />
that the correct procedures are followed to meet and exceed their needs.<br />
- We shall ensure that our team understand and fully implement our policies and are able to perform efficiently through ongoing<br />
training and development programs
Who we are<br />
Our History<br />
<strong>Healthcare</strong> in Egypt today is far from where we envision it. We have to deal with many unnecessary problems from how to<br />
choose your doctor, to how to find an appointment, moving from one doctor to another and starting all over again.<br />
InfoMed Services Ltd. Was created to help overcome these issues and strive continuously to improve our country’s healthcare<br />
system with the patient as our prime focus. Since then we have managed to successfully overcome the obstacles of starting up<br />
a project as big as this amidst the political turmoil, taking a year to meticulously design a service that can truly benefit the society<br />
and engineer a system to cater to it. It is not until we were certain that we’re ready that we brought InfoMed to light.<br />

medical history in one place and continuously updates it for<br />
you. This allows you to keep your health information<br />
updated, to monitor your health progress, view it and<br />
experience the happiness of keeping your body healthy.<br />
These records are private and available to you and your<br />
physicians through any of our channels, anytime, anywhere!<br />
Through your EHR our doctors track any long-term<br />
diseases to follow your progress and help guide you<br />
through it. We also look over your files after every<br />
doctor visit to ensure the information has been<br />
updated and confirm that no errors have been made.<br />
2. CallMed Call Center<br />
Our team of physicians are made available to you 24/7<br />
through our hotline to answer any questions you may have!<br />
They can help you select the specialty of your doctor,<br />
aid you in emergency cases and guide you through any<br />
medical problem you may face. They make sure you know<br />
everything you need in order to make the right decision.<br />
They also take the liberty of confirming your appointments<br />
and sending your EHR to ensure that wherever you’re going<br />
they’re waiting for you and know all about you so they can<br />
start treating you right away like they’ve been by your side<br />
your whole life.<br />
