Designed to assess durability of zip fasteners according to DIN 3490.<br />
The zipper chain is opened and closed under transversal and longitudinal strain. Afterwards, the loss<br />
of mechanical strength is assessed by examining the cross-lateral strength. The machine is suitable<br />
for testing all commercially available zip fasteners. The machine comes with 18 weights to carry out<br />
different tests.<br />
