MIRJANA MLADENOVIĆ - PARTNER
BDK CORPORATE
Mirjana has been with BDK since 2007 and has been working since in the BDK
Corporate Law department. In recognition to her professional skills and ability to
manage complex deals, Mirjana has been promoted into equity partnership as of
January 2013. Recent projects led by Mirjana include squeeze-out of the minority from
the Serbian confectionary Soko Štark followed by a downstream merger of Grand kafa
and Tobess into Soko Štark and the takeover offer by Watson Pharmaceuticals for the
shares of the Serbian subsidiary of Actavis. Mirjana is a member of the Serbian Bar
Association. She speaks Serbian and English.
DRAGAN GAJIN - SENIOR ASSOCIATE
BDK COMPETITION
Dragan joined the BDK Competition Law department in 2011. Due to his in-depth
knowledge of competition law matters, he quickly earned promotion into Senior
Associate, effective as of January 2013. Dragan has been instrumental in the
launching of the BDK competition law blog
(http://www.bdklegal.com/code/navigate.php?Id=282&cid=29). Besides his Serbian law
degree, Dragan holds an LL.M. from Duke University and a doctorate from the Central
European University. Most recently, Dragan has co-authored with BDK’s Tijana Kojović
an article in the European Competition Law Review, entitled "Vertical Restraints under
Serbian Competition Law: A Comparison with EU Law". Dragan is a member of the
Serbian Bar Association and the New York Bar Association. He speaks Serbian,
English, Hungarian and Russian.
ANA JANKOV – SENIOR ASSOCIATE
BDK EMPLOYMENT
Ana joins the BDK Employment department from the Serbian law firm Karanović &
Nikolić, where she advised clients on all aspects of employment law. Her prior
professional experience includes four years at the legal arm of PwC in Belgrade,
where she had covered employment, corporate and commercial law matters. Ana is a
member of the Serbian Bar Association. She speaks Serbian, English, Hebrew and
Hungarian.

MILOŠ KRSTIĆ - ASSOCIATE
BDK TAX
Miloš joins BDK Tax Department from PwC Serbia - Tax and Legal Services. He is
specialized in Serbian and international tax law and maintains a particular focus on
transfer pricing. Having obtained an LL.M. Degree in International and EU Tax Law at
the University of Maastricht, The Netherlands, and with two years of professional
experience with PwC and previosly Deloitte, Miloš brings significant boost to the BDK
Tax practice. Milos speaks Serbian and English.
MILOVAN JOCOVIĆ - ASSOCIATE
BDK CORPORATE
Milovan joins BDK Corporate department from the Law Firm Ilic ‘ODI’ in Belgrade,
Serbia, where he worked in the fields of Corporate and Commercial law. In addition to
his involvement in corporate law matters, Milovan will assume responsibilities within
BDK Employment department. Milovan holds a LL.B. Diploma from the Faculty of Law -
University of Belgrade, Serbia and an HR certificate from the Lake Washington Institute
of Technology, USA. He speaks Serbian and English.
MAJA VUJANIĆ
BDK MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Maja is in charge of Marketing & Business Development at BDK starting from January
2013. She has 6 years of professional experience in the fields of Marketing, Business
Development and Public Relations, in Serbia and the region of South East Europe.
She holds a Masters Degree in International Relations/Diplomacy acquired at the
International University ‘CEU Universidad’ in Madrid, Spain, and is fully fluent in
Serbian, English, Spanish, and proficient in French.
