This topic has touched upon a wide range of research fields,
such as modeling and analysis of diesel engine, fuel cell,
energy storage systems (chemical batteries, ultra-capacitors,
super-conductance), power electronics converter and, primarily
control methods. Over 30 paper have been submitted.
After the reviewing process 19 papers have been accepted
for presentation. The oral session was chaired by Professor
Lech M. Grzesiak (Warsaw Univerity of Technology) and
Professor Brayima Dakyo (Le Havre University, France). All
the presentations caused a great interest of the participants.
After each presentation numerous questions and comments
have build up a very warm discussion. The dialog session
was also successful. There was extensive discussion about
the new technology and control method especially concerning
artificial intelligent systems and their industrial applications.
The dialog session was chaired by Alain Berthon
(L2ES-University of Franche-Come, France), Patrycjusz Antoniewicz
and Bartłomiej Ufnalski from Warsaw Uniwersity of
Technology.
During the oral session four speakers have presented original
works devoted to selected problems of hybrid energy
systems for electric vehicles and power stations.
