Register Your Kids<br />
Please be reminded that under the <strong>Club</strong> Rules, Ordinary<br />
Members’ children shall be registered with the <strong>Club</strong><br />
within 6 months of attaining the age of three. Backdated<br />
subscriptions and surcharge of up to <strong>10</strong>0 percent will<br />
apply if your children are registered after the 6-month grace<br />
period. All you need to do is to pick up a registration form<br />
from our reception, complete it and submit it together with<br />
a photocopy of your child’s birth certificate for verification.<br />

Signing in Guests<br />
Junior Members who wish to sign in a guest must submit<br />
a Proxy Authorisation Guest Registration form which must<br />
be signed by the Main Member. There will be an option<br />
for permanent or temporary authorization. Members can<br />
obtain the form at our reception counter.<br />

6342 3625.<br />
Cessation of Membership<br />
Pursuant to the <strong>Club</strong> Rules, Members are required to inform<br />
the <strong>Club</strong> of the death of the deceased loved one within six<br />
months from the date of passing.<br />
