form the basis of any loan which the MHC may decide to grant me/us.

statement which I/we know to be false or misleading.

Administration Cost : Rs 500/- for loan application not exceeding Rs 50,000/-
: Rs 1,000/- for loan application exceeding Rs 50,000/-
Monthly Service Charge : Rs 50/-
Doctor’s Fee : Rs 250/-
