• Against Familial Mediterranean Fever
(FMF) - Colchicines from glory lily has
been found to prevent activation of
neutrophills, binding β-tubulin and
prevent assembly of microtubules thus
found in FMF. [12]
CONCLUSION
The wide spread use of glory lily as
chemotherapeutic, antitumour and various other
disorders has lead a scientific approach towards
its use as medicinal plants.
