individually or for your group directly thru

3. Use our Interactive order and measurement forms
online. Open the form, fill it out as you take sizes,
save to your computer and e-mail it to us at

Samples
Sample garments are available for your review.
Choose what you would like to see, choose an average
size and include your fabric and color choices. We will
come as close to your choices as possible. If the color you
would like to see is not available, we will send the gown
in black and include color swatches.
The garments may be obtained with a school
purchase order or credit card. Samples need to be
returned in new condition within 30 days for full credit.
Samples are shipped Fed Ex ground at
Tuxedo Wholesalers expense.
Swatches
Fabric and color swatches are available for
your review.

Written price quotes are available for any of our products.

Rentals
School year rentals are available for groups only. The
rental term is from September 1st thru June 1st or any
period in between. The rental price is not prorated.
Complete rental details are available online. All rental
shipping charges will be charged by weight.
Shipping
Shipping rates are listed on the order form in this catalog
or online at www.tuxedowholesaler.com/concert attire/
information.
Special orders and cuts
A. Extra length gowns are $7.50 each. If you are 5’8”
you will need extra length. Please include your
height with your sizes.
B. Any sleeve change from an existing pattern is $7.50
per gown.
C. Special cut gowns sizes 30 and above require a
$20.00 special cut charge.
Availability
If the gown you ordered in the past is not shown here this
year, please check online at www.tuxedowholesaler.com
/concert attire.
Hems
Garments like gowns, skirts and trousers come with a
finished edge not hemmed to length.
Payment
Prepay by check, credit card or money order. Orders of
$1500 or more will receive a 5% discount when paid in
advance with check or money order.
Purchase Order: Fax or mail an official school purchase
order. We must receive a copy prior to shipment.
Charge Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American
Express and Discover.
Exchanges and Returns
Exchanges and returns must be made within 30 days
from the shipping date, unused, labels intact and
unaltered. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.
Please include the orange RA (return authorization) form
with your shipment along with your full account name,
contact person, address, and phone number. Ship by any
method that allows you to trace the package. Please do
not send returns to our P.O. box. The shipping address is
on our R.A. (return authorization) form.
