Measure the fullest part of thechest keeping the tape parallel to the floor.4. Overarm... Wrap the tape around theirchest over their biceps, snugly but not tight.This should be taken at the same height thechest measurement was taken.5. Waist... Measure around the naturalwaist (at the navel) keeping the tape snug.6. Outseam.. With the trouser at navelheight, measure from the top of the waistdown the outside of the leg to the trouserlength desired. (2” from floor)5 6
