Welcome to our special order program.
Here is a copy of our special order contract. Please let me explain how this works and how this will
benefit you.
The top half of the contract sets up address, concert information and a way to get in touch with you if
there are any problems. More than one contact number is helpful considering time zones, class schedules,
work hours, etc. The next portion is the contract. All signatures above the centerline are to ensure the
communication of the non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable policy and the clients
agreement with our terms. It is also to ensure that the client’s needs are clearly stated so that you get
what you want, now and for the future, for an agreed price. If any added gowns are required in the future
it is less likely that a mistake will be made if the communication is very clear in a language we will all
understand. This will include garment description, and price. Your sales representative can assist you with
this information.
Notice: the price is subject to change based on average price changes associated with our most current catalog.
The lower half filled out by Tuxedo Wholesaler and returned to you, sets up dates for construction,
informing you of the due dates for receiving your information and how quickly things will have to be done
to meet your concert deadlines.
The first signature on the lower half of the contract is an agreement to purchase the sample garment
understanding the conditions of non-return, non-refund, and non-exchange.
The second signature is required after you and your board have seen the sample and all details are
acceptable. If at this time you want to stop the order all you have to do is cancel the remainder of the
contract. If you want to continue the next step is the fitting stock and the signature is an agreement to
purchase the fitting stock understanding the conditions of non-return, non-refund, and non-exchange.
Ask your sales representative if you require more information on the fitting stock and how it works.
The third signature is required after the fitting stock has been tried on and the exact sizes have been
determined. If at this time you want to stop the order all you have to do is cancel the remainder of the
contract. If you want to continue your signature is an agreement to purchase the final part of the order by
size, understanding the conditions of non-return, non-refund, and non-exchange.
This allows you freedom in the decision process and ensures that you do not purchase any garments that
are not needed by you.

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders that are manufactured by Tuxedo Wholesaler and specifically
customized for your group.
All steps must be followed and in order:
1. 50% non-refundable deposit prior to fabric purchase.
2. Prepare and sign contract for special order garments
3. Purchase and approve sample garment
4. Submit list of measurements for each member of the group
Customer understands all customized garments are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable. We guarantee 1st
quality in our construction. These are not custom garments, they are built to existing manufacturing standards with existing
patterns, adding your specific customizing details. The price of the garment will be pre-determined prior to sample garment
construction. Customer also understands that any delays caused by the customer will have a detrimental effect on available
construction dates.
