входят манипуляторы производства английской<br />
фирмы "DEVY LEVY".<br />
В АКК 15000тс и в АКК 315 тс в качестве рабочей<br />
жидкости используется масло, что позволяет варьировать<br />
скорость деформации и успешно ковать<br />
труднодеформируемые марки сталей, а также вести<br />
процесс ковки по заданной программе.<br />

Due to unique capabilities of forging division it has<br />
become possible to forge up to 300 tons ingots made of<br />
carbon steel, alloy steel, corrosion resistant and heat resistant<br />
steel.<br />
15 000 tons automated forging unit<br />
15 000 tons automated forging unit includes 15 000<br />
tons press fitted with manipulator of 170 tons lifting capacity<br />
and forging crane of 500 tons lifting capacity.<br />
6 000 tons automated forging unit<br />
6 000 tons automated forging unit includes 6 000<br />
tons press fitted with manipulator of 120 tons lifting capacity<br />
and forging crane of 300 tons lifting capacity<br />
3 150 tons automated forging unit<br />
3 150 tons automated forging unit includes 3 150<br />
tons press fitted with forging manipulator of 30 tons lifting<br />
capacity and lifting crane of 30 tons lifting capacity.<br />
All automated forging units (AFU) are fitted with<br />
manipulators made by widely recognized manufacture<br />
“DAVY LELY”, England.<br />
15 000 tons press and 3 000 tons press operate by using<br />
oil as an operating fluid which allows to control the<br />
deformation rate and successfully forge difficult to form<br />
metals as well as forge as per set program.<br />
