extensive international experience <strong>and</strong> have a “can do” attitude. We are looking for a<br />

<strong>Sales</strong> & <strong>Marketing</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> to join their team <strong>and</strong> support the development of their<br />

newest business unit.<br />

The role <strong>and</strong> main responsibilities:<br />

The <strong>Sales</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>Marketing</strong> <strong>Manager</strong> reports directly to the Head of the Business Unit.<br />

He/she will lead the overall sales <strong>and</strong> marketing activities of the department.<br />

Responsibilities include:<br />

• Develop <strong>and</strong> implement annual marketing plan <strong>and</strong> br<strong>and</strong> strategy<br />

• Develop strategies to maximize ROI on advertising <strong>and</strong> marketing campaigns<br />

• Create various packages <strong>and</strong> promotions<br />

• Prepare, issue, <strong>and</strong> deliver sales materials, exhibits, <strong>and</strong> promotion programs<br />

• St<strong>and</strong>ardise the sales processes to deliver financial targets (sales volume <strong>and</strong><br />

revenue) as well as quality targets (customer satisfaction, survey scores, etc.)<br />

• Support the definition <strong>and</strong> management of sales budgets <strong>and</strong> performance targets<br />

• Develop <strong>and</strong> quality control the br<strong>and</strong> values to ensure these are consistently <strong>and</strong><br />

clearly reflected across all channels <strong>and</strong> touch-points in accordance with the<br />

vision <strong>and</strong> mission statements <strong>and</strong> core values<br />

• Implement a monitoring process<br />

• Develop strong client relationships (client targeting, Know-Your-Customer<br />

processes)<br />

• Manage the key account management process <strong>and</strong> go-to-market approach with a<br />

focus on product plans, forecasts, pipeline, <strong>and</strong> contracts management<br />

• Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, <strong>and</strong> distributors<br />

• Support the planning <strong>and</strong> coordination of public events, <strong>and</strong> communications<br />

efforts, to include public relations <strong>and</strong> community outreach<br />

• Participate in the development of new product design <strong>and</strong> business cases<br />

• Recommend <strong>and</strong> administer policies <strong>and</strong> procedures to enhance sales operations


Your experience <strong>and</strong> skills:<br />

• Fluent English, French <strong>and</strong>/or Spanish. Any additional language is plus<br />

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or any other related field<br />

• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience <strong>and</strong> demonstrated capabilities<br />

• Self starter <strong>and</strong> experience within entrepreneurial environments<br />

• Ability to work with people at various levels of an organisation<br />

• Outst<strong>and</strong>ing communication skills<br />

• Strong IT skills<br />

• Good negotiation skills<br />

• Ability to work under pressure <strong>and</strong> strong work ethic<br />

• Willing to travel internationally<br />

• Experience within a sports organisation is a plus<br />
