3 Intellectual Property (IP) is critical to bus<strong>in</strong>ess success. Account<strong>in</strong>g, economics, and f<strong>in</strong>ance<br />
all struggle to quantify "value" of <strong>in</strong>dividual IP (e.g., trademark) and bundles of IP (e.g., patent<br />
pool). Value depends on the context (e.g., <strong>in</strong>fr<strong>in</strong>gement versus depreciation versus sale). This<br />
