WATER COOLERS AND RELATED PRODUCTS<br />
When placing an order from this price sheet,<br />
specify the model number, color or finish.<br />
Freight Terms:<br />
On single purchase orders of less than four coolers or<br />
fountains – prices are F.O.B. Montreal QC for eastern<br />
provinces aand F.O.B. Calgary, ALB for western provinces.<br />
On single purchase orders of four or more refrigerated water<br />
coolers or fountains, exception of bottle and POU coolers –<br />
shipped complete to a single consignee and destination<br />
(coolers may be assorted). Freight prepaid and allowed (within<br />
Continental U.S. and Canada only).<br />
Accessory prices – listed on Pages 10, 11 and 12 are F.O.B.,<br />
McAllen, TX unless included with four or more water coolers in<br />
a single shipment. $40.00 minimum.<br />
1. No federal excise tax included, not applicable to drinking water<br />
coolers. The purchaser will assume and pay any tax, duty or<br />
assessment, now or hereafter imposed on these products.<br />
Invoices are dated the day of shipment. On all accounts not paid<br />
within 30 days from the end of the month in which the invoices<br />
are rendered a service charge will be assessed at the rate of 2%<br />
per month, beginning on the first of the month following the date<br />
on which payment is due.<br />
2. Billing prices are those in effect on the date order is shipped.<br />
All prices subject to change without notice. Seller is not liable<br />
for nonfulfillment due to causes beyond his control.<br />
3. Returned Merchandise – A prior written factory approval is<br />
necessary for all returned merchandise and is subject to a 20%<br />
restocking charge and incoming freight. Unauthorized returns<br />
will be rejected at the factory. Models not accepted for return:<br />
A. Installed units. B. Units shipped from factory more than one<br />
year prior to requested return date. C. Units not on current<br />
price list PCN-2<strong>09</strong>. D. Models with non-standard color,<br />
including Regency Bronze. E. Units not in factory sealed<br />
original cartons. Freight classification via Motor Carrier: Item<br />
53220, NMFC 100-E, Class 85 LTL.<br />
5. Freight Damage – Please note any possible damage to any<br />
units that you receive no matter how small (torn carton, mashed<br />
carton, units laying on their side,etc.). Unless the units are<br />
obviously not in working condition, please go ahead and accept<br />
them, and note the condition on the delivery receipt. If you need<br />
to file a claim for concealed damage (not apparent at time of<br />
delivery), the delivering terminal of the carrier needs to<br />
benotified of the damage within ten (10) days from the date of<br />
delivery in order for the carrier to be held liable for damages.<br />
4. Terms of Payment and Applicable Cash Discount – 2%<br />
discount when payment is received within 17 days of invoice<br />
date, net amount due in 30 days of invoice date.<br />
This price sheet rescinds and obsoletes all previous prices and programs.<br />
Possession of this price sheet does not constitute an offer to sell.<br />
