MYLAPS MX Transponder
The transponder, installed on each MX bike, sends a unique and
encrypted digital signal to the detection loop to:
Identify the rider
Record the exact time at which the MX passed the detection loop
Available in two varieties matching the riders personal preferences;
the well-known classic and the new FLEX transponder.
The FLEX transponder is offered with a 1,2 or 5 year subscription
Comes with insurance and unlimited warranty
Low cost entry
MYLAPS Detection loop
Works as the very secure system antenna to receive all transponder signals.
The detection loop is embedded at the finish line and all other timing
points installed on the track.
MYLAPS MX Decoder
Attached to the detection loop, it decodes the transponder signal into the
rider’s ID and the exact time that the rider passed the finish line and intermediate
timelines. When the decoder is in practice mode and is connected
to the internet, the decoder publishes all practice results directly online.
MYLAPS Timing Software
MYLAPS Timing Software (Orbits) can be installed on your computer and
allows you to generate results easily. With Orbits it is possible to:
Set up the timing configuration. Prepare entry lists for each race
Process, print and publish official event results
