Mari<strong>on</strong> Cuny, Ph.D. is a food science engineer and specializes in signal<br />
interpretati<strong>on</strong> in NMR spectroscopy applied to food authenticity issues. Awarded<br />
a Ph.D in analytical chemistry (2008) from the AgroPArisTech - member <strong>of</strong> the<br />
Paris Institute <strong>of</strong> Technology, Mari<strong>on</strong> also accomplished a successful 3 year<br />
term with Eur<strong>of</strong>ins, an Internati<strong>on</strong>al group <strong>of</strong> c<strong>on</strong>tract laboratories. Mari<strong>on</strong> joined<br />
CAMO in 2008 to extend the wide range <strong>of</strong> soluti<strong>on</strong>s for c<strong>on</strong>sumer insight and<br />
