HHEC is a premier trading house dealing in export of handicrafts, handlooms, jute products,
ready-made garments, gold jewelry, imports of bullion etc. HHEC has its Registered Office in
Delhi and Corporate Office at Noida. It has Branch Offices at Chennai, Mumbai and Kolkata. In
addition, we have state-of-art garment factory in Chennai and another at Noida.

1. Dy. General Manager (Marketing): 2nd class graduate with atleast 50% marks in
aggregate; and MBA or 2 years PGDBM regular course with specialisation in
sales/marketing/International business from an Institute of repute; and atleast 12 years of
post qualification experience in the field of marketing/ exports/ finance, as required, out of
which atleast 10 years' experience in managerial cadre; and knowledge of working in
computerised environment is essential. Preference would be given for experience in the
field of Handloom/ handicraft and international business
Internal candidates can also apply provided they fulfill other eligibility criteria and have
served the Corporation, one level below for atleast 3 years.
2. Sr. Manager (Technical): Degree in Textile Technology, or Degree in Fashion/ Textile/
Knitwear/Apparel/ Industrial design from an Institute of Repute; or Atleast 3 years
Diploma from Institute of repute in Textile technology, or Fashion / textile/ apparel design;
and Atleast 8 years of post qualification experience in the relevant field out of which at
least 5 years in managerial cadre Knowledge of working in computerised environment
essential. Preference would be given for experience in the field of Handloom/ handicraft
and international business.
Internal candidates can also apply provided they fulfill other eligibility criteria and have
served the Corporation, one level below for atleast 3 years.
3. Senior Finance Manager: CA/ ICWA or C.A.I.I.B or MBA or 2 years PGDBM regular
course with specialization in finance along with a graduate degree with atleast 50% marks

in aggregate, In case of CA/ ICWA, atleast 8 years of post qualification experience and in
case of MBA/ PGDBM (Finance), at least 10 years of post qualification experience, of
commercial accounting in a well organised establishment, out of which at least 5 years in
managerial cadre or in the case of C.A.I.I.B at least 8 years of post qualification experience
in a Government department or commercial bank or banking organization of repute which
should include experience of foreign business knowledge of working in computerised
environment is essential. Preference would be given for experience in the field of trading/
exports

4. Company Secretary cum Manager (Finance): Degree from the Institute of Companies
Secretaries of India with Diploma from the Institute of Chartered Accountants or Institute
of Cost & Works Accountants Atleast 7 years of post qualification experience, out of which
atleast 4 years experience as Company Secretary in a reputed organisation should be there.
Knowledge of working in computerised environment is essential. Desirable: Experience in
Administration of Company Law/ Taxation/ Internal Audit.

the Corporation, one level below for atleast 3 years.
5. Dy. Finance Manager: CA/ ICWA or C.A.I.I.B or MBA or 2 years PGDBM regular
course with specialization in finance along with a 2nd class graduate degree with atleast
50% marks in aggregate, In case of CA/ ICWA, atleast 5 years and in case of MBA/
PGDBM (Finance), at least 7 years of post qualification experience of commercial
accounting in a well organised establishment, or in the case of C.A.I.I.B., at least 5 years
experience in a commercial bank of repute which should include experience of foreign
business knowledge of working in computerised environment is essential. Desirable:
Experience in Administration of Company Law/ Taxation/ Internal Audit. Preference
would be given for experience in the field of trading/ exports.

6. Management Trainee ( Marketing/ Finance):
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in Textiles/Handlooms/Fashion Designing/Accessories/ Printing/Designing
OR
MBA or PG Diploma equivalent to MBA awarded by an UGC recognized University/AICTE
Approved/Indian Premier Management Institutes in Retailing/Marketing/Finance/International
Trade & Business.
OR
Qualified: CA/ICWA
Work allocation Work related to the Retail Marketing/ Export/Finance/Technical

Additional Qualification: Project work/Summer internship/ work experience related to
Handloom, Handicrafts, Garments, Jewellery, Carpet, Leather will be an additional
Qualification, which shall be given preference.
Note: 1 .Students appearing in Final year /semester of their respective exam may also apply.
They will have to make themselves available from 1.1.2012.
2. On successful completion of training period on the basis of performance appraisal, the
suitable candidates may be absorbed at entry level of Managerial Cadre i.e. Assistant
Manager as per rules &regulations of the Corporation after fulfilling eligibility criteria for
the same. However, the trainees shall not have any legal claim for absorption.
ALLOWANCES & BENEFITS:
For the Posts at Sl. No. 1 to 5 in addition to Basic Pay, DA, HRA, Perks and Allowances such
as Conveyance Allowance, Reimbursement of cost of medicine for Domiciliary treatment,
Leave Travel Allowance, etc., will be paid and benefits such as EPF, Gratuity, Superannuation
contribution, Medical Assistance, Group Insurance, Post-retirement medical scheme, Casual
Leave, Half Pay Leave and Earned Leave etc. are also admissible as per rules of the
Corporation. Pay scales are likely to be revised w.e.f. 1st January 2007.
RESERVATION / RELAXATION & CONCESSIONS:
Reservation/Concessions for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories would be made
as per Government Directives.
o Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in respect of SC/ST candidates, by 3 years for
OBC Candidates and by 5 years in case of exceptionally experienced and technically
qualified persons.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. Only Indian Nationals need to apply. Mere submission of application will not entail any
right for claiming Appointment.
2. Candidates from Government Depts / Semi Government/PSUs should forward their
applications through proper channel or they should produce NOC at the time of
interview.
3. Management may consider appointment of officials on deputation from central government
/ state government and PSUs, Maximum age for deputation is 56 years as on 01/10/2011.
4. In order to regulate the number of candidates to be called for the test and/or interview, if
so required, the Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility

standards/criteria, OR to relax the minimum eligibility standards/criteria including age
limit in otherwise suitable candidates depending upon the response to the advertised posts.
5. Merely meeting the above qualifications and experience shall not entitle a candidate to be
called for interview. Only short-listed candidates will be notified for Test and/or interview.
6. All the above conditions of qualification, experience, age limit etc. are applicable to
internal applicants also.
