We beg to offer our most humble obeisances at your lotus feet on this<br />

most blessed appearance day of your Divine grace. Had you not appeared<br />

before us with the transcendentally sublime Vedic wisdom surely our<br />

dilemma of repeated birth, disease, oldage and death would have<br />

remained unsolved for thousands of birth. You have given Vedic<br />

knowledge sharpened by bhakti and we are able to cut the knot of<br />

material existence as imperfect and conditioned souls, own sentimental<br />

words are inadequate expressions of thank giving.<br />

Your energy seems inexhaustible, as you preach, write, travel, instruct<br />

disciples, constantly surprising us with your divine understanding of our<br />

dilemma.<br />

The spiritual master must be an Acharya, one who teaches by personal<br />

example. You have said that people will become convinced of our<br />

philosophy by our purity. You have without comprise insisted that your<br />

students, strictly follow the four regulative principles and Rupa Goswamis<br />

injunct is to act only in the mode of goodness. It is your perfect purity<br />

which has given us the strength to give up sin and lead a holy life. Please<br />

help us to be unflinching in our determination to become qualified devotee<br />

who can guide society by pure example and attain Krishna prem.<br />

On this most auspicious day we pray at you lotus feet <strong>Guru</strong>dev that we<br />

may hold on tight to, and always remember you lotus feet, whether in<br />

happy or disturbed condition of life. Further more we pray to be always<br />

engaged your transdental service and to be always pleasing to you.<br />
