Tunde Falase is the Faculty lead for<br />

the <strong>Braincraft</strong> <strong>Knowledge</strong> series. He is a<br />

seasoned Marketing , Human Res<strong>our</strong>ces and<br />

Management professional , with 20 years of<br />

senior management and Board level experience<br />

in key roles in blue chip multinationals, across<br />

various geographies.<br />

A former Human Res<strong>our</strong>ce Direc<strong>to</strong>r and Marketing Direc<strong>to</strong>r of Cadbury<br />

Nigeria Plc and a former Marketing Direc<strong>to</strong>r of Guinness Nigeria Plc,<br />

his 20 year blue chip FMCG experience also saw him head up Finance,<br />

Strategy and Professional Training roles across many markets including<br />

the UK , Russia, Africa India and the Middle East.<br />

Tunde was a member of both the Strategy and Marketing Faculties for<br />

Cadbury Schweppes and the Diageo Brand Building Academy. In these<br />

capacities he has conducted many training programs in Marketing,<br />

Human Res<strong>our</strong>ces, Strategy and Management across the globe. He is a<br />

member of the Institute of Management Consultants.<br />

Having trained and coached more than 2,000 senior managers across<br />

Europe, the Middle East and Africa, Tunde’s training philosophy is <strong>to</strong> go<br />

beyond teaching and <strong>to</strong> put a premium on imparting learning.<br />

This vision has given rise <strong>to</strong> the <strong>Knowledge</strong> Series programme and the<br />

attendant “Learning by Doing” methodology that will become the<br />

standard for quality leadership and management training in Nigeria by<br />

2012.<br />
