a. redeeming the relevant <strong>discount</strong> at the time it is provided in connection with a purchase<br />
transaction <strong>and</strong> in conjunction with any other pre- loaded <strong>discount</strong>; or<br />
b. having the relevant <strong>discount</strong> loaded to the card for a future purchase transaction with any<br />
other pre-loaded <strong>discount</strong>s<br />
provided that at the time of any purchase, an AA Smart<strong>fuel</strong> Card cardholder is not permitted<br />
to redeem a <strong>discount</strong> in advance of being provided with the relevant <strong>discount</strong>s in respect of<br />
that purchase.<br />
11. Only one AA Smart<strong>fuel</strong> Card <strong>discount</strong> is valid per <strong>fuel</strong> purchase. AA Smart<strong>fuel</strong> Card <strong>discount</strong><br />
redemptions cannot be split across multiple purchases or multiple Qualifying Fuel Grades.<br />
12. AA Smart<strong>fuel</strong> Card <strong>fuel</strong> <strong>discount</strong>s cannot be used in conjunction with any other <strong>fuel</strong> <strong>discount</strong><br />
promotions including any Supermarket Fuel Docket <strong>voucher</strong>s, StarCard, Cardlink, or other<br />
Fuel Card transactions.<br />
13. AA Smart<strong>fuel</strong> Card <strong>fuel</strong> <strong>discount</strong>s are not redeemable at Caltex diesel stops (truck stops).<br />
14. AA Smart<strong>fuel</strong> Card <strong>discount</strong>s are not redeemable for cash.<br />
15. Only original, undamaged AA Smart<strong>fuel</strong> Cards may be used at Caltex service stations.<br />
16. Chevron New Zeal<strong>and</strong> reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or<br />
recommence the Discounts at any time, including (without limitation) if for any reason the<br />
Discounts is interfered with or disrupted in any way (including by v<strong>and</strong>alism, power failures,<br />
natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes, computer bugs or viruses, tampering or<br />
technical failures).<br />
17. Chevron does not make any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied,<br />
including but not limited to the accuracy of the information published by AASmart<strong>fuel</strong> Limited<br />
on its website <strong>and</strong> the Discounts, <strong>and</strong> Promotion Periods as notified at the participating Caltex<br />
Retail Service Stations.<br />
18. By using an AA Smart<strong>fuel</strong> Card you are agreeing to comply with <strong>and</strong> be bound by:<br />
a. the <strong>terms</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>conditions</strong> published by AA Smart<strong>fuel</strong> Limited, which <strong>terms</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>conditions</strong> are<br />
available at www.aasmart<strong>fuel</strong>.co.nz/caltex ; <strong>and</strong><br />
b. these <strong>terms</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>conditions</strong>.<br />
In the event of any conflict between the AA Smart<strong>fuel</strong> Card <strong>terms</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>conditions</strong> <strong>and</strong> these<br />
<strong>terms</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>conditions</strong>, the AA Smart<strong>fuel</strong> Card <strong>terms</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>conditions</strong> shall apply.<br />
AA Smart<strong>fuel</strong> Card <strong>discount</strong>s must be redeemed in accordance with the <strong>terms</strong> <strong>and</strong> <strong>conditions</strong><br />
