seem that this just “happened,”
we can assure you that it has
come about as the result of
many prayers, postcards, and
stamps!
From the beginning, 3ABN
has reached out to people
through satellite technology.
In the 1990s we were truly
blessed when Robert Johnson,
Sr., the founder and president
of Dominion Sky Angel,
added 3ABN to their satellite
lineup. For many years viewers
all across America could
watch 3ABN on Sky Angel.
But sadly, in May of 2006, Sky
Angel informed 3ABN that
there had been a satellite failure
that made it impossible
for them to continue carrying
3ABN and two other channels.
But there’s always a silver lining
to every problem, and this
seeming setback soon became
an incredible opportunity!

After thousands of letters
and postcards were written to
DISH Network requesting they
carry 3ABN, and after much
prayer and negotiation, their
parent company, EchoStar, has
added 3ABN to its public interest
channels. What this means
is that each new subscriber to
DISH Network has access to
3ABN, regardless of whether
they purchase premium movie
packages or not! It also means
that millions more people can
now watch 3ABN programming!
