relative à l’ouverture de la Bibliothèque Centrale de l’UPA en été
La Bibliothèque Centrale de l’UPA est accessible au public de 9h à 16h15 du mardi 30
juin jusqu’au vendredi 3 juillet 2009.
Par suite, du lundi 6 jusqu’au vendredi 31 juillet, la Bibliothèque sera accessible au
public de 9h à 13h.
Par ailleurs, la bibliothèque ferme ses portes du 1 er au 31 août.
À partir du 1 er septembre, l’horaire revient au cycle normal.

Tous les étudiants de l’UPA doivent être munis de leur carte d’étudiant afin de pouvoir
accéder au campus de Hadath-Baabda. Sinon, il y a lieu d’interdiction formelle d’y accéder.
En outre, il est strictement interdit de distribuer ou de porter des signes politiques
apparents sur le campus de l’UPA. Des sanctions disciplinaires auront lieu en cas d’infraction
à cette règle statutaire (cf. statut organique de l’UPA).
Enfin, il est strictement interdit de distribuer des brochures, des documents ou des
présents à l’entrée et à l’intérieur du campus de l’UPA, quelque soit l’objet en question, et ce
à partir du 28 novembre 2008.

Tous les étudiants de l’UPA sont tenus de se rendre présents aux diverses séances
pédagogiques (cours, TD et TP). Leur présence sur les lieux est requise 10 minutes avant le
début des séances.
Par conséquent, les étudiants retardataires et ceux qui quittent les lieux avant la fin de la
séance seront considérés comme « absents » à moins qu’ils aient présenté une requête au
lendemain de cette absence auprès du Secrétariat Général et que cette requête soit agréée.

payer les frais d’inscription (400$),

En outre, les frais d’inscription s’élèvent à 450$ pour les retardataires voulant s’inscrire durant le mois de septembre.

La Direction souhaite enfin de respecter les dates et délais sus-mentionnés pour faciliter toutes les tâches et formalités administratives.
N.B.: Vendredi 09/07/2010, samedi 10/07/2010 et mardis 3, 10, 17 et 24 Août 2010 (de 08:00 à 12:45) sont des journées libres pour les inscriptions.
L’UPA est ouverte chaque jour de 08:00 à 13:45 et les samedis de 08:00 à 11:45 (durant les mois de Juillet et de Septembre).
