<strong>PercoTop</strong> <strong>Basecoat</strong> is a 1K topcoat, developed for multi-tone applications (e.g. bicycles).<br />

Substrates must be free from all contaminants.<br />
Sand surface:<br />
a. dry with orbital sander and dust exhaust P320 - P500;<br />
b. wet with sandpaper P600 - P800.<br />
Degrease before recoating.<br />
VOC value ready for use (EU Directive 1999/13/EC)<br />
RAL 9010: 665 g/l With 35 % CS600.<br />
RAL 9005: 678 g/l With 35 % CS600.<br />

Remarks<br />

Stir mixing pastes and binders thoroughly each time before use.<br />
Stir the mixture well after the weigh-out of the components.<br />
Before application a colour comparison is recommended.<br />
Storage conditions Material has to be stored at a temperature between 5°C and 35°C.<br />
