Derry DPP Household Survey 2009 Questionnaire Findings 3 In 2009 the Derry District Policing Partnership carried out a household survey, primarily to establish a meaningful baseline for community satisfaction and confidence in the service delivered locally by the PSNI. The establishment of these baselines was a requirement of the Foyle Local Policing Plan (2009/10) to meet targets 2.1.2 ‘to establish a baseline of the percentage of local people who are confident in the police service’s ability to provide a professional day-to-day policing service for all the people of the Foyle Area’, and 2.1.4 ‘to establish a baseline of the percentage of people who think that the police are doing a good job in their area’. Respondents were also asked to identify the biggest policing issues for their area, 465 responses were received and the following analysis is based on these responses. It should be noted that the categories utilised in the 2009 survey were merged for the NISRA/DPP 2010 Survey Note: Figures in tables and figures may not add to 100% due to rounding.
