Common features:
● Nitrogenius generators can be used immediately as standalone machines or in existing compressed air systems because
they are independent nitrogen-generating systems.
● In addition to the actual generator and the pressure vessel for the collected nitrogen, nitrogenius machines also have a filtration
module consisting of a preliminary filter and a micro filter. As a result, the generators are insensitive to dirt that originates
from existing compressed air pipes or fittings .
● The actual nitrogen is collected by a group of hollow-fibre membranes manufactured to the highest technical standards,
which separate the nitrogen molecules from other air particles and produce pure nitrogen as a result.
● The nitrogenous generators are equipped with closed-loop control so that when filling pressure has been reached, the flow to
the nitrogen diaphragm is cut off.
● The design of the nitrogen generator means that an additional cold dryer is not required.
