Magazine that Connects and Celebrate Africa and Scandinavia

This second edition has been dedicated to the memory of one of Africa's bests, President Nelson Mandela, who passed away on December 15th 2013. Nelson Mandela was a rare breed, a worthy statesman, a towering political leader, an African philospher, a chieftain in the African intelligentsia, a pan-Africanist, a lover of others, especially the downtrodden people of South Africa and the world, a wordsmith par excellence, a courageous and fearless being and the Father of the new South Africa. There are very scintillating interviews granted to Afroscandic by several Ambassadors of African countries in the Scandinaviain which tributes were paid to Nelson Mandela as well as information shared on how education is implemented in their countries and how African prosperity can be guaranteed. Some of these Excellencies also highlighted the several business and investment opportunities that investors can take advantage of in their countries. Another piece of good news is that the Danish government will be opening its Embassy and Trade Missions in Nigeria in August 2014. Professor Augustine Arukwe's interview also highlights the capabilities of the human spirit when it is committed to a worthy cause, even if it is to improve its own personal fortunes.
