CASE PRESENTATION<br />
• 35F s/p single transabdominal/pelvic GSW<br />
• Entry lateral right buttock<br />
• Exit 4 cm superior to ASIS left mid axillary line<br />
• Airway/Breathing stable<br />
• Tachycardic and hypotensive<br />
• 2 large bore IVs placed<br />
• Involuntary guarding present<br />
• Brought to OR for emergent exploration
