OPERATIVE REPAIRS<br />
• Poor control of bleeding with proximal and distal<br />
direct pressure<br />
• Multiple blind figure of 8 sutures placed for control of<br />
pelvic bleeding<br />
• Patient brought to SICU intubated with temporary<br />
abdominal closure<br />
• I/O:<br />
• 8 L IVF; 16 Units PRBC; 11 Units FFP<br />
• 3 L EBL; 700 UO
