<strong>Dear</strong> <strong>Handbell</strong> Choir Directors and Ringers,<br />

We are pleased to invite you to participate in <strong>The</strong> <strong>Desert</strong> <strong>Rings</strong> <strong>Mid</strong>-<strong>Columbia</strong><br />

<strong>Handbell</strong> <strong>Workshop</strong>. We are looking forward to many great ringing and learning<br />

opportunities. Once again Shirley Lindberg will be our clinician and members of Bells<br />

of the Sound will be teaching a variety of classes. <strong>The</strong>y will also be performing their<br />

spring concert Saturday evening.<br />

<strong>The</strong> <strong>Desert</strong> <strong>Rings</strong> <strong>Workshop</strong> is open to full choirs, partial choirs and individuals. If<br />

you don’t have a full choir, or don’t have a choir at all, you can still participate. We<br />

can place individual ringers in choirs with openings. Be sure to indicate on your<br />

registration form if your group has openings or your individual ringing preferences<br />

so we can match you up.<br />

We also invite your ensemble or choir to perform in the <strong>Workshop</strong> Concert on<br />

Saturday afternoon. This is a great opportunity to showcase your group and perform<br />

in front of the best audience you could ever hope for, fellow handbell ringers. If you<br />

plan to participate in the showcase concert please fill in the appropriate space on the<br />

registration form.<br />

<strong>The</strong> $30 registration fee includes * lunch and admission to Bells of the Sound concert.<br />

<strong>The</strong>re is a $5 charge for friends and family member over age 8. <strong>The</strong> <strong>Workshop</strong> Concert<br />

is open to the public and free of charge.<br />

Choirs may register for either Tins or Coppers level and are invited to play an additional piece of their choice<br />

during our afternoon <strong>Workshop</strong> Concert.<br />
