WHAT IS ART? Accelerated Resolution Therapy offers a new and dynamic approach to the treatment of mental health problems. ART integrates eye movements with elements of existing therapeutic modalities such as Gestalt, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral and guided imagery.
