- <strong>Advocate</strong> Responsibilities<br />
‣ <strong>Advocate</strong> assigned to SM from initial point of injury<br />
‣ Goal is for continuity of care from LNO/CCRP Adv Lane<br />
‣ Provide Advocacy for Life<br />
‣ Support to SM and family as needed<br />
‣ Education about Benefits (TSGLI, PAC, CRDP/CRSC, VA,<br />
MEB/PEB, COAD/COAR, SSD, TRICARE)<br />
‣ Provides assistance to LNO’s and CCRP <strong>Advocate</strong>s with TSGLI<br />
claims, collecting PAC profiles and any other areas as needed<br />
‣ Army PAC List Submitted on 13 th of each month to HRC/DFAS<br />
‣ Assist with processing and tracking TSGLI claims<br />
‣ Ensure SM’s contact information is correct and keep SM and<br />
family updated on changing benefits annually (NDAA)<br />
