In case it is preferred to have a proper remote signal from hand operated gate-, globeor
rising stem (ball) valves for your DCS system or controlroom, the V.P.I. is ultimate
solution. Simple to mount, cost effective (far cheaper than actuators) and reliable.
Poorly installed switches and sensors have
caused:
• Process disruptions,
• False alarms,
• Products contamination,
• Nightmares for the maintenance department.
The proper valve monitoring and positioning is done with a VPI-M!
The VPI-M is mounted under the hand wheel and is made as an integral part of the
valve.
