HOLIDAY SHOPPE<br />
Thanks to those who helped cut tags and label bags last week! Our next work<br />
night is Monday, November 5th in the Art Room. We will be making pouches! Contact Mary Christie,<br />
255-8077, Marymom003@aol.com if you would like to volunteer but haven't signed up to help!<br />
Holiday Shoppe work nights will be as follows:<br />
Monday, November 5 in the art room from 6-8<br />
Tuesday, November 27 in the art room from 6-8<br />
Monday 12/3 from 5:30-10 (pricing and tagging all items<br />
for sale)<br />
Set up is Tuesday 12/4 from 3:30-? in the gym<br />
Shoppe is open 12/5, 12/6, 12/7 during the<br />
school day in the gym<br />
Tear down is 12/7 from noon until finished<br />
MUCH help is need in all of these areas! If you can help<br />

Clearances reminder: If you would like to volunteer at the K-1st lunch periods you need to have the act 34,act 51<br />
and 6004 form. please contact Samme Gyure (sjgyure@yahoo.com) to volunteer. If you only would like to have<br />
lunch with your individual child, the 6004 form is only needed. Thank You!<br />

money and rewards for WHES. Instructions<br />
have been emailed through the <strong>PTO</strong> Loop and<br />
have been posted to the <strong>PTO</strong> Facebook page.<br />

Family Movie Night<br />
On Friday, September 28th, we held our 2nd Annual Family<br />
Movie Night. More then 350 people attend this family<br />
event. The <strong>PTO</strong> would like to the thank everyone that came and<br />
the following individuals that helped make this event a success::<br />
Shelli Aiken, Lara Brownlee, Ryan Dingman, Shannon Glover,<br />
Janille Hensel, Kim Lavis, Carrie McAdams, Missy Pastorek,<br />

WESTY WARM-UP<br />
We are still collecting for the Westy Warm-Up! This year we will be donating to the Women's Help Ctr. and ACRP<br />
Family Services. The <strong>PTO</strong> is accepting adult and children sizes for coats ,hats, gloves and blankets. There will be two<br />
boxes located at the elementary school, one near the cafeteria and one by the conference room across from the office.<br />
Thank you for any and all donations!!!!<br />
