Become a barista<br />
Brew a career in the art of coffee making and take a shot at this program! From<br />
crema to cappuccino, this course teaches students the fundamentals of barista<br />
service, including theory and production, with an emphasis on customer service.<br />
Students who successfully complete this program will be able to demonstrate<br />
knowledge of espresso preparation; prepare drinks to exacting standards; and create<br />
and serve top quality espresso drinks in a coffee bar. Learn more on page 13.
