as to create a nuisance or disturbance on neighboring properties.<br />
Enforcement: Each violation - $100 fine.<br />
2. Dogs are only allowed on golf course property cart paths or on the nonfairway<br />
side of the cart path when golfers are not present and must be<br />
restrained as described in No. 1 above, with the exception of dogs<br />
specifically trained for bird control, which are under the supervision of<br />
golf course personnel.<br />
Enforcement: Each violation – $50 fine.<br />
C. Waste Removal.<br />
Any person having custody and control of an animal on any Common<br />
Property within the boundaries of the Community shall collect, remove and<br />
properly dispose of any feces left thereon by the animal.<br />
Enforcement: Each violation – $25 fine.<br />
D. Nuisance Animals.<br />
1. No Person shall allow or permit an animal to bark, whine, meow, cry or<br />
screech in an excessive or continuous fashion, or make other noise in such<br />
a manner so as to result in a serious annoyance or interference of the<br />
reasonable use and enjoyment of neighboring properties.<br />
Enforcement: Each violation – $75 fine.<br />
2. No Member, Owner, Occupant or Tenant may permanently harbor any<br />
animals other than a reasonable number of generally recognized household<br />
pets in the Community. As determined at the sole discretion of the Board<br />
of Directors a reasonable number is defined as four animals in any<br />
combination of dogs and/or cats. No Member, Owner, Occupant or<br />
Tenant may keep, breed or maintain any pet for any commercial purpose<br />
in the Community.<br />
Enforcement: Each violation – $75 fine.<br />
3. No animal that the Board of Directors determines to be dangerous may be<br />
kept in the Community. If the Board of Directors, after a recommendation<br />
from the Architectural Control Committee, determines that a Member,<br />
Owner, Occupant or Tenant’s pet endangers any person, or other pet, or<br />
creates a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance in the Community, the<br />
Board of Directors may require that the pet be permanently removed from
