Controlling your workshop consumables (C – parts) purchases
and driving down the working capital invested in your
business can be achieved with the unique ‘ORSY’ stock
management system.
This modular consumables storage system is available to our
partnership customers “free on loan” and is built to the exact
requirements of our customers’ needs by our fully trained team.
Regardless of space restrictions or product usage, we have a
solution.
We help to control the stock levels by identifying duplicate
products within the workshop and then rationalising these with
a minimal stock holding and value. Each system is then
merchandised and replenished, on an ongoing basis, by the
local Würth personnel; this gives you the freedom to focus on
your core activities.
Supplier Rationalisation
Every day, Würth UK is providing customers with solutions that enable the reduction of suppliers.
Multiple orders, delivery notes and invoices for consumable parts have a costly effect to any business. As much as
70% of C-parts procurement costs are tied up carrying out these functions, often at the expense of other core
areas within the business.
Over 98% of our product range of 17,000 articles is available from stock for next day delivery and a further
100,000 articles are available from our Global warehouse. In effect, we can work with you through our BS EN
ISO 9001/2008 accredited process to reduce your supplier base without sacrificing product quality, or continuity
of supply.
When working with new customers, where we have no previous trading history, we offer workshops and audits
aimed ar identifying cost savings and product rationalisation

Many of our customers struggle with the management of their MSDS (Material
Safety Data Sheets) library, which is necessary to comply with COSHH regulations.
Finding the information you are looking for is often very time consuming
and inefficient.
Würth UK can help as we provide on-line MSDS sheets for all our chemical
products within our range, which ensures accessibility to the correct information
at any time. Product continuity and traceability ensures that minimal MSDS data
updates are required.
Electronic Ordering
Minimise multiple processes within your business through the flexibility of 24hr
electronic ordering. Our IT professionals have many years experience of

Consolidated Invoices
We provide to many of our customers a consolidated invoicing service. This
minimises the need for multiple invoices and drives efficiency through the reduction
of paperwork and suppliers’ invoices. Rather than using a general system,
we can often tailor the invoicing to the specific needs of the customer, thus
ensuring we are focusing together on the key data and management information
required.
