INTRODUCTION
Cosmetic Dermatology Society (India), CDSI (previously known as
CSI) is happy to announce our next annual conference as
COSMODERM XIX from 13th to 16th Sept, 2012 in Mumbai. As you
know COSMODERM is the official meeting of European Society for
Cosmetic and Aesthetic Dermatology (ESCAD) and we are delighted
to join hands with them yet one more time.
CDSI was born in 1998 as a fledgling group of people. It has now
grown and is undoubtedly the largest and the pioneer group in India
of qualified dermatologists with a special interest in Cosmetic
Dermatology. Our annual congresses known as CoSdermIndia have
become popular and are very much in demand. We have joined
hands with European Society of Cosmetic and Aesthetic
Dermatology (ESCAD) in the past to host the COSMODERM in 2005.
Our CoSdermIndia 2010 in Mumbai was given the status of a
Regional meeting of the International Society of Dermatology. With
a glorious track record like this we are happy to announce the tie up
of CDSI with ESCAD yet again and host COSMODERM XIX.
The Congress will have handpicked faculty from all over the world for
didactic talks. Our experts will share their experience in treating dark
skin types which is clearly our expertise! We welcome all CDSI
members, members of IADVL, the mother dermatological
organization of India and members of ESCAD as well as other
dermatologists from all around the world. We will conduct hands on
workshops on botulinum toxin, fillers, microneedling, cosmetic
surgery, laser & surgical procedures, clinical photography and more.
Those who have attended our congresses in the past are aware of the
immense popularity of our programs.
We welcome abstracts from one and all. The detailed program will be
available in due course of time but in the meanwhile we welcome
your interest in giving presentations, talks, participate in award
papers, free papers and submit posters.
