What else can we tell you?

ORDERING

We appreciate your order as far in advance as

possible. We prefer 72 hours’ notice when placing

orders for delivery, but will always do our best

to accommodate your request. A minimum of 8

servings is required for each item ordered, and a

deposit of 25% may be required at the time of order

confirmation.

A $10 delivery charge will be applied to each order.

Our delivery area includes the City of Medicine

Hat, as well as Redcliff and Dunmore. To arrange

deliveries please call our Events Coordinator

at 403-526-3330 Ext. 3, send an email to

events@paradisevalleypar3.com, or fax the order

form to 403-529-5077.

All orders will be verified by our Events Coordinator.

If you do not hear from us within 2 business days,

please call 403-526-3330 to confirm. If you are a

regular, high volume account, please ask for details

about monthly invoicing options.

PAYMENT

An invoice will be left with your delivery, and can

be paid at that time or within 7 business days. We

accept cash or cheque at the time of delivery, but

can take Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Amex at the

Paradise Valley Golf Course Clubhouse.

CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Final numbers must be confirmed 48 hours prior

to delivery. Cancellations must be received via

e-mail or in writing no later than 48 hours prior to

delivery. All orders cancelled within 48 hours will

result in a 100% charge to the client. Cancelled

orders that are still chargeable under our policy will

be delivered unless otherwise requested.

SETUP

We will provide disposable dishes, cutlery, plates

& napkins if required. If requested, we can provide

chafing dishes, ceramic platters, linens, silverware,

china, and glassware for an additional fee.

Delivery does not include setup, serving, or

cleanup. If you required assistance in this regard,

please discuss pricing and details with our Events

Coordinator.

FOOD SAFE POLICIES

All food is prepared in a commercial kitchen

according to Alberta Food Safe Practices, and

should be consumed or refrigerated within 2 hours

of delivery. If leftover food is taken by you or your

guests, it then becomes your responsibility for

proper refrigeration and handling. The Clubhouse

waives any liability of any leftover food taken by you

or your guests.
