Formerly known as “<strong>Northville</strong> Fit”, this class is A functional-exercise based workout that will challenge<br />

your muscles, give you amazing core strength <strong>and</strong> raise your heartrate.<br />

Mat <strong>and</strong> Stability Ball combination class designed to shape the body through core strengthening exercises.<br />

You will notice improved posture <strong>and</strong> tension reduction with the flowing movements of this class.<br />

These toning-based barbell classes are proven to strengthen your entire body.<br />

Designed for the older, active exercisers! Silver Strength focuses on toning our muscles to prevent injury<br />

<strong>and</strong> improve bone density.<br />

Yoga is a core conditioning class that enhances our range of motion, improve balance <strong>and</strong> keep us both<br />

mentally <strong>and</strong> physically fit.<br />

Challenge yourself with this athletic-based cardio <strong>and</strong> strength training workout. This total body conditioning<br />

class will build cardiovascular endurance <strong>and</strong> blast calories while you work. All fitness levels are welcome.<br />

This class will build core strength <strong>and</strong> flexibility by combining the best of both worlds, Yoga & Pilates!<br />

Tone up <strong>and</strong> increase strength <strong>and</strong> flexibility in this resistance training class. Perfect for the active adult<br />

looking for an intermediate strength training workout. This is a 45 minute class.<br />

Strengthen <strong>and</strong> tone muscles while improving flexibility <strong>and</strong> relaxation techniques. Yoga I is a restorative,<br />

hatha-style class, suitable for all levels. Yoga II is more of a flow-style & suitable for intermediate <strong>and</strong> advanced<br />

students.<br />

Zumba comes packed with dance moves inspired by Latin <strong>and</strong> African rhythms to help you experience a<br />

party-like environment while you work out!<br />

This low-impact, cardio workout is designed for the older, active adult, those just starting a program or<br />

anyone physically limited. Learn easy-to-follow dance steps that are just as much fun as Zumba, but low<br />

impact.<br />
