says it is all right to practice sin so you will understand it better. I
hate that teaching, too.
I remind you who that you have the ability to understand Spiritual
truths because the Holy Spirit lives in you. “Stay in fellowship. Listen
to your Teacher and Mentor, the Holy Spirit. He will teach you and
even help you remember the truth you have forgotten”.
To those believers who are overcoming failure and sin in their lives by
staying in fellowship with the Holy Spirit and studying and responding
to the Word of God and, therefore, growing to maturity as believers, I
say, “Keep it up and you will be victorious in living the virtuous life.”
I promise you will eat of the Tree of Life ...that same tree that was in
the Garden of Eden and is now located up here in Heaven with Me.
Don„t forget, I am Jesus Christ and I keep My promises.

3. This message is to true members of the Church of Jesus
Christ because we have trusted Christ as our personal
Savior. Salvation is by faith alone in Christ alone.
Remember, the warnings, the advice, the promises and the
reminder to listen to the Holy Spirit, apply to members of
the Family of God: believers.
After reading, distribute copies of the paraphrase to the students. Go over
the paraphrase and show where each category on the chart is covered.
A color- coded copy of the paraphrase is in Teacher‟s Appendix.
Instruct students to Insert I John 5:5 [overcomer] and I Corinthians
2:14 [he who has an ear] in the proper place in margin of their
paraphrase.
D. FINAL REPORT
Help students go over their personal notes to be sure they are satisfied
with their answers. Distribute new Report Cards and allow time for
students to transfer final reports to clean charts.
