Danish Agro a.m.b.a. expands executive management
Danish Agro expands executive management. In the future it will consist of five members in
comparison to one today. The purpose of the expansion is to strengthen the company and prepare
it for future challenges and at the same time ensure the succession, which is continuously needed
and in focus.
The past years, the Danish Agro Group has been busy dealing with mergers and integration of
companies into the Group. It has reached a turnover at a level of 2,2 billion €. The agricultural
activities in the mother company constituted in 2011 a turnover of approximately 1 billion €
hereof, and this is being handled through a set of nationwide divisions employing 650 employees.
The Danish Agro Group wishes to strengthen the basic company and ensure the succession, which
is continuously needed and in focus. This is why the company executive management is now
expanded with four members.
Chairman of the board in Danish Agro Jørgen H. Mikkelsen states: “As board it is our responsibility
continuously to keep focus on company governance and through that among other things ensure,
that the management of the company forms a strong and reliable foundation for future business.
In this case, it is very satisfying that we, within our own ranks, can carry out an expansion of the
company executive management, with so experienced and competent capacities as is the case”,
Jørgen H. Mikkelsen concludes.
CEO Christian Junker states: “During the past years, focus has been put on mergers and the
integration of new companies into Danish Agro. This period of time has been very interesting, but
we now face different challenges in connection with a further development of our core company.
Therefore, we find an expansion of the company executive management to be a sound way to
strengthen management. This will contribute to realising the strategies and achieving our goals”,

The basic activities of Danish Agro are primarily comprised of sale of compound feeds, mix of basic
material- and vitamins, fertilizer, crop protection, seeds and energy plus purchase of crops from
the agriculture. Besides from that, Danish Agro has activities in “Shoppen” which is a nationwide
chain of retail shops for spare time farmers.
The management in Danish Agro will in the future consist of the following people:
Chr. Junker
CEO and Group CEO
Age: 59 years
Employed since: 1987
Christian Junker is, as group CEO, main responsible for the company’s activities in as well the
mother company as in the many daughter companies in Denmark and abroad.
Christian Junker has in co-operation with the board prepared the strategy behind the growth that
Danish Agro a.m.b.a. has experienced and the company has during his period of management
developed from being a smaller regional company into a larger international Group with activities
in several countries.
Henning Haahr
CFO
Age: 41 years
Employed since: 2002
Henning Haahr is main responsible for the company economic function. Additionally Henning
Haahr is Group CFO in all holding companies in DLA Group. Henning Haahr is responsible for the
total economical management of the group, by accounts, budgeting, and reporting. Besides from
this, he is Group responsible for the financial reporting and liquidity management along with
auditing and legal affairs.

Henrik Stilund
Director
International trade and risk management
Age: 41 years
Employed since: 2002
Henrik Stilund is responsible for the Danish Agro risk management and international trade in
cereal, rapeseed, raw materials, vitamins etc. Henrik Stilund is at the same time COO in DLA Agro
a.m.b.a. and CEO in the companies Scanola A/S and Scanfedt A/S.
When Henrik Stilund came to Danish Agro in 2002 he left a position in the trading department at
KFK. Henrik possesses a strong commercial approach and a wide and well-developed international
network which is benefitting the entire Group.
Henning Fogh
Director
Vegetable crops and production of plants
Age: 52 years
Employed since: 2002
Henning Fogh is commercially responsible for the sale and profit performance regarding vegetable
crops and production of plants. In addition to this, Henning Fogh is company responsible for the
total retail chain which is divided into eight regions and consists of 60 departments scattered all
over the contry.
Henning Fogh has been employed in Danish Agro since 2002, and he came from a position as
regional manager at KFK Zealand, Lolland/Falster

Jacob Tetzlaff
Director
Animal Nutrition and Energy
Age: 54 years
Employed since: 1997
Jacob Tetzlaff is commercially responsible for the sale and profit performance in the departments
of domestic animal nutrition and energy in the mother company. In addition to this, Jacob Tetzlaff
has the executive responsibility for Farm Supply and “Shoppen” which is our chain of shops.
Jacob Tetzlaff has been employed in Danish Agro since 1997, coming from a position as regional
manager at the then called Superfos Korn.
