This year was by far the most rewarding year<br />
since I have joined EO. Starting with the life<br />
changing experience at the leadership academy<br />
in Washington DC, which was attended by<br />
26 other members that shared and lived their<br />
inspirational experiences, and continues to this<br />
date; to attending the Operational Planning<br />
Meeting in Banff – Canada, where I have learned<br />
how our organization functions, and took part in<br />
deciding the 5 priorities for the upcoming EO<br />
fiscal year.<br />
Although my UAE forum is the most important<br />
and rewarding part of my experience, I have also<br />
joined the Asia bridge forum, which in return has<br />
provided me with an insight to an international<br />
forum experience.<br />
And I’m looking forward to continuing my<br />
leadership journey as Regional Director, for the<br />
newly launched MEPA region.<br />
